We want you to enjoy a perfect night's sleep with your My Blackout Portable Blackout Blind, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the blind and all suction cup accessories in the original travel bag to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the quality of the returned blind, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
